Chris Turner is a native Charlottean, joining RED Partners in 2012 after starting his career in commercial real estate brokerage in 2003. Chris specializes in Investment Sales on behalf of Owners and Investors and has successfully closed hundreds of transaction over his career across all product types including Retail, Land, Adaptive-Reuse, Multi-Family, Office, Industrial and Multi-Property Assemblages providing clients with in depth market analysis, underwriting and acquisition and disposition strategies. Chris has also been involved on the principal side of several acquisitions, focusing on the acquisition sourcing, capital raising, asset strategy formation and managing of commercial real estate assets. He has been successful through leveraging the deep relationships he has cultivated over his career in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining RED Partners Chris began his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial MECA, a Charlotte based firm focused on Retail Brokerage. Chris is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and holds real estate licenses in North and South Carolina.
Chris is an active member of the Dowd YMCA of Greater Charlotte and a member of Covenant Presbyterian Church. He attended Charlotte Latin School and received his undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University.
Chris resides in Charlotte with his wife and two sons.
